👉 When numerator is less than denominator

👉 Kannada:
ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (numerator) ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದು Proper Fraction
